Accidents
In the event of accidents, you must pull over in a safe spot without obstructing any other vehicles and potentially danger zones. You must inform the police and us when it is safe to do so. You must acquire an Incident or Crime number if it is possible to do so. If your vehicle is no longer in driving condition, you must inform us and the breakdown line so we can assist you. If the accident involves others, we require you to take down all names, address, contact information and media of the said parties if it is possible to do so. Take photographs and videos if possible.
Thefts
If the vehicle being rented is stolen, you must first inform the police and obtain a Crime number from them. You must inform us directly after of the situation and any relevant information. The authorities will handle most of the situation.
Damage
If your vehicle is damaged in any way, we must be made aware of this as soon as possible. If you are unsure about the extent of the damage, please consult with us when it is safe to do so. Your vehicle may not be safe to use if the damage is great. We want to assure your safety, by making sure the vehicle is fit to be driven. Take photographs and videos if possible.
